SVAMITVA (Survey of Villages Abadi and Mapping with Improvised Technology in Village Areas), a Central Sector Scheme of Ministry of Panchayati Raj was nation-wide launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister on National Panchayati Raj Day, 24th April 2021 after successful completion of pilot phase of scheme. It provides ‘Record of Rights’ to households owning houses in inhabited areas in villages through the latest drone technology for surveying. The scheme also helps facilitate monetization of properties and enabling institutional credit through bank loans; reducing property-related disputes; facilitating better assessment of properties and property tax in rural areas and enabling comprehensive village-level planning.

पंचायती राज मंत्रालयाची केंद्रीय क्षेत्रातील योजना 'स्वामित्व' (गावांच्या आबादींचे सर्वेक्षण आणि ग्रामीण भागात सुधारित तंत्रज्ञानासह मॅपिंग) ही योजना माननीय पंतप्रधानांनी 24 एप्रिल 2021 रोजी राष्ट्रीय पंचायती राज दिनी देशभरात सुरू केली. योजनेचा पायलट टप्पा यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर ही योजना गावांमधील वस्ती असलेल्या भागात घरे असलेल्या कुटुंबांना सर्वेक्षणासाठी नवीनतम ड्रोन तंत्रज्ञानाद्वारे 'हक्कांची नोंद' प्रदान करते. ही योजना मालमत्तेचे मुद्रीकरण आणि बँक कर्जाद्वारे संस्थात्मक कर्ज सक्षम करण्यास मदत करते; मालमत्तेशी संबंधित वाद कमी करते; ग्रामीण भागात मालमत्ता आणि मालमत्ता कराचे चांगले मूल्यांकन सुलभ करते आणि व्यापक ग्रामीण-स्तरीय नियोजन सक्षम करते.

Explaination:

The Third Launch Pad project envisages the establishment of the launch infrastructure at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh for the Next Generation Launch Vehicles of ISRO and also to support as standby launch pad for the Second Launch Pad at Sriharikota. This will also enhance the launch capacity for future Indian human spaceflight missions. As on today, Indian Space Transportation Systems are completely reliant on two launch pads viz. First Launch Pad (FLP) & Second Launch Pad (SLP). FLP was realized 30 years ago for PSLV and continues to provide launch support for PSLV & SSLV. SLP was established primarily for GSLV & LVM3 and also functions as standby for PSLV. SLP has been operational for almost 20 years and has enhanced the launch capacity towards enabling some commercial missions of PSLV/LVM3 along with the national missions including the Chandrayaan-3 mission. SLP is also getting ready to launch the human rated LVM3 for the Gaganyaan missions.

श्रीहरीकोटा येथे, तिसऱ्या लाँच पॅड प्रकल्पात दुसऱ्या लाँच पॅडसाठी स्टँडबाय लाँच पॅड म्हणून साहाय्य प्रदान करणे तसेच इस्रोच्या पुढच्या अद्ययावत प्रक्षेपकांसाठी आवश्यक प्रक्षेपण पायाभूत सुविधा स्थापित करणे, अभिप्रेत आहे. यामुळे भविष्यातील भारतीय मानवी अंतराळ मोहिमांसाठी प्रक्षेपण क्षमतादेखील वृद्धिंगत होईल. भारतीय अवकाश वाहतूक प्रणाली आत्तापर्यंत पूर्णपणे फर्स्ट लॉन्च पॅड (एफएलपी) आणि सेकंड लॉन्च पॅड (एसएलपी) या दोन प्रक्षेपण पॅडवर अवलंबून होती. पीएसएलव्हीसाठी 30 वर्षांपूर्वी एफएलपी बांधण्यात आले होते. पीएसएलव्ही आणि एसएसएलव्ही प्रक्षेपणासाठी याच पॅडचा वापर अजूनही केला जात आहे. एसएलपीचा वापर प्रामुख्याने जीएसएलव्ही आणि एलव्हीएम 3 साठी केला जातो. हे पॅड पीएसएलव्हीसाठी गरज भासली तर वापरता येते. एसएलपी जवळजवळ 20 वर्षांपासून कार्यरत आहे. चांद्रयान-3 मिशनसारख्या राष्ट्रीय मोहिमांसह पीएसएलव्ही/ एलव्हीएम3 अशा काही व्यावसायिक मोहिमांमध्ये अधिक चांगल्या रितीने उड्डाणासाठीची प्रक्षेपण क्षमता या पॅडमुळे वाढली आहे. एसएलपी देखील गगनयान मोहिमेसाठी मानवी मानांकित एलव्हीएम3 प्रक्षेपणासाठी सज्ज होत आहे.
