Explaination:
The primary objective of the "Panchayat Se Parliament 2.0" initiative is to enhance the understanding of governance among women representatives from Panchayati Raj institutions. It aims to educate them about the Constitution, parliamentary procedures, and the functioning of higher levels of government, thereby empowering them to contribute more effectively to governance and decision-making processes. The National Commission for Women and the Lok Sabha Secretariat, in collaboration with the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, are organizing the program "Panchayat Se Parliament 2.0" on 6th January 2025 at the Central Hall, Parliament of India. Around 500 elected women representatives from Scheduled Tribes in the Three-Tier Panchayati Raj Institutions across 24 states will gather to gain a deeper understanding of constitutional and democratic values.
"पंचायत से संसद 2.0" उपक्रमाचा प्राथमिक उद्देश पंचायती राज संस्थांमधील महिला प्रतिनिधींमध्ये प्रशासनाची समज वाढवणे हा आहे. राज्यघटना, संसदीय कार्यपद्धती आणि उच्च स्तरावरील सरकारच्या कार्यप्रणालीबद्दल त्यांना शिक्षित करणे आणि त्याद्वारे त्यांना शासन आणि निर्णय प्रक्रियेत अधिक प्रभावीपणे योगदान देण्यास सक्षम करणे हे त्यांचे उद्दिष्ट आहे. राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग आणि लोकसभा सचिवालय, आदिवासी व्यवहार मंत्रालयाच्या सहकार्याने, 6 जानेवारी 2025 रोजी भारतीय संसदेच्या सेंट्रल हॉलमध्ये "पंचायत से संसद 2.0" कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन करत आहेत. 24 राज्यांमधील त्रिस्तरीय पंचायती राज संस्थांमधील अनुसूचित जमातींमधून निवडून आलेल्या सुमारे 500 महिला प्रतिनिधी घटनात्मक आणि लोकशाही मूल्यांची सखोल माहिती घेण्यासाठी एकत्र येतील.
